I love it that consciousness studies is spreading through YouTube and many traditional outlets like the Biography Channel, GAIA, National Geographic and WFAA.

I enjoyed a recent interview with journalist Makai Albert and his team at Upgrade. The crew had great energy, and I’m always grateful for conversations that explore the deeper meaning behind near-death experiences.

Most people think a near-death experience is about what happens when you die. In reality, these experiences teach us how to live.

The core messages from my experience are simple. Love is the only thing that survives death. Return to nature for balance and healing. Be kind to others and don’t judge. Death is birth into a new realm where we see that much of the drama here is created by ego and a lack of unity consciousness.

During the interview, I was asked why I continue to speak about my near-death experience. These experiences offer a way to navigate the challenges we face as individuals and as a collective. Many people recognize that fear is often used as a form of control. But when individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and the intelligence of the natural world, fear begins to lose its hold.

Those who have had near-death experiences and other profound spiritual experiences often describe having an expanded understanding of human consciousness. Experiences such as telepathy, heightened intuition, and encounters beyond the physical ask us to reconsider what is possible.

Edgar Cayce once suggested that the answers we seek are already within us. Many who have crossed that threshold return with the same realization.
